Vino de Pago is the highest classification according to Spanish wine law and stands for excellent wines typical of the terroir. This red wine cuvée is literally called Small Homeland and the label shows both a banknote and the farmer who makes it possible to exploit the unique terroir. The wine is complex with aromas of dark berries, plums, smoke, violets and clear notes of wood. On the palate there is a lot of texture and taste, ripe tannins, juicy fruit and a long, elegant finish.
