The Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon unfolds a remarkable range of aromas, most of which come from the famous To Kalon Vineyard, a prime location in the Oakville District appellation. The barren soil and perfect sunlight favor the development of complex aromas and flawless phenolic maturity. After 32 days of mash fermentation, the wine matured for 20 months in French oak barrels. This aging brought out the varietal character and the smoothness of the tannins to their full potential. The bouquet shows notes of blackberries, blueberries, plums, chocolate, nutmeg and subtle oak. On the palate it is juicy with lively acidity and a harmonious flow from the first sip to the finish.
