Weißburgunder Nitteler Rochusfels Sonntag - Weingut Karl Sonntag

On the Upper Moselle (today's winemakers tend to speak of the southern Weinmosel), Riesling does not necessarily play first fiddle. Winegrowers like Karl Sonntag are really good at Burgundy varieties here. Extremely tangy Pinot Blanc with a lot of varietal characteristics. Chamomile and ripe melon on the nose, also pineapple and tangerine: lots of sweet fruit and creaminess in the glass. Very refreshing: a real terrace wine from the Moselle!
