Somerbosch Wines Stellenbosch WO Shiraz 0,75 ℓ

Syrah was born in the Somerbosch vineyards, located in the beautiful Stellenbosch region in South Africa. This wine is made entirely from Syrah grapes, harvested manually and selected in the vineyard. After the fermentation processes, 60% of the product is left to rise in second and third passage French and American oak barriques for 12 months. Finally, the wine is assembled and left to age in glass. This Syrah has a deep ruby red color, with spicy and mulberry aromas that create interesting combinations of aromas, in the mouth it shows a very pleasant roundness and a good body, with very smooth tannins and a spicy aftertaste, typical of the grape variety. It goes very well with spicy foods and grilled meats, it is also excellent with well-aged cheeses.
