Martini Asti DOCG Spumante Dolce 0,75 ℓ

Martini Asti is a sparkling wine made with 100% Moscato Bianco grapes. The production process foresees the second fermentation in pressurized tanks useful to preserve the aromatic capacity of the base grapes. With a tradition that dates back to the Piedmontese sparkling wine production, since the 1930s Martini has also inspired Veneto and Friuli in the creation of fresh and immediate wines. Bright straw yellow in colour, it has a dense perlage that opens to notes of citrus, chamomile and tropical fruits. On the palate it shows sapidity and momentum, it is immediate and fresh, full-bodied with a nice tension and a finish of medium persistence. Perfect to accompany dry pastries.
