Prosecco Treviso Brut Il Fresco by Villa Sandi was born in the Marca Trevigiana area in the splendid hills of Valdobbiadene, an area known for the production of Prosecco. It is produced from pure Glera grapes, harvested in mid-September. After a soft pressing, a careful white vinification takes place at a controlled temperature of 20 °C. It is characterized by a bright straw yellow colour and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a fruity and floral bouquet, with notes of ripe Golden apple, enriched with pleasant scents of small mountain flowers. On the palate it is dry, pleasantly fresh and savoury on a soft background. The wine also has a fruity and aromatic aftertaste. Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with pizzas and focaccias, but it can also be served with white meats and raw or grilled fish.
