91-93/100 vinous (no frost here; from 85-year-old vines that produce very small berries): Pale yellow. Slightly reduced aromas of pear drop and hazelnut. Plush and fine-grained, conveying terrific intensity and stony minerality to its ripe peach and nectarine flavors. Finishes very dry, classic and palate-staining, with a touch of menthol austerity.
