The story begins in 2002 when Orlando Nugnes fulfilled his dream and established the winery with his son Antonio and grandson Orlando Jr. Thanks to their high level of professionalism, innovation, hard work, and outstanding wines, they quickly transformed a simple winery into a model operation. The mild and temperate climate, the fertile soils rich in volcanic elements, and the pleasant Campanian sun all contribute to enriching the wines with intense and delicate aromas. Curiosity about the exciting and trendy Primitivo grape variety led Orlando Nugnes to start producing top-quality Primitivo wines in neighboring Apulia. The name Enne comes from the Latin Anno, meaning the year. Although the wine is aged briefly in used barriques, it is conceived as an uncomplicated, fresh, and fruit-forward style. Color: dark black-red with violet reflections. Aroma: ripe wild berries and cherries, spices. Taste: full-bodied fruit, sweet tannins, fine acidity.
