The Azienda Agricola Gorgo Custoza is pleasantly dry for wine lovers. This white wine is never coarse or austere, but round and smooth. Vinification of the Azienda Agricola Gorgo Custoza The basis for the elegant Custoza from Veneto are grapes from the Cortese, Friulano, Garganega and Trebbiano grape varieties. The grapes for the Custoza are harvested exclusively by hand at optimum ripeness, without the help of coarse and less selective harvesters. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once it has finished, the Custoza can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
