The grapes for this red wine from Spain are harvested exclusively by hand when they are perfectly ripe. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately brought to the press house. There they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine matures for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
