This sparkling wine stands out for elegance and freshness, representing a refined and typically French style.The vinification follows the traditional method, with manual harvesting at perfect ripeness and second fermentation in the bottle. The 12-month aging on the lees gives very fine bubbles and a pleasant creaminess, enhancing the aromatic characteristics of the blend.
