Grauburgunder trocken - A. Diehl

Grauburgunder trocken - A. DiehlGrauburgunder trocken - A. DiehlWith the A. Diehl Pinot Gris comes a first-class white wine into the swirled glass. In this it presents a wonderfully bright, copper-gold color. Poured into a white wine glass, this Old World white wine displays wonderfully expressive aromas of pear, apple, quince, and nashi pear, rounded out by brittle, roasted hazelnut, and toasted almond. The A. Diehl Pinot Gris presents itself to the wine drinker pleasantly dry. This white wine is never coarse or meager, but round and smooth. On the tongue, this well-balanced white wine is characterized by an incredibly velvety texture. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the Pinot Gris reveals itself wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. The final of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally convinces with good reverberation. Vinification of the Pinot Gris from A. Diehl The balanced Pinot Gris from Germany is a single-varietal wine, vinified from the grape variety Pinot Gris. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. Food recommendation for the A. Diehl Pinot Gris Drink this white wine from Germany ideally well chilled at 8 - 10°C as a companion to vegetable salad with beetroot, asparagus salad with quinoa or spaghetti with yogurt-mint pesto.
