This Vin de France is produced with Pinot Noir grapes from different areas of France. Fermentation takes place in steel vats, followed by 6 months of aging in steel. The wine has a purple-red color and a round bouquet with aromas of cherry and small red fruits. On the palate it is soft, complex and rich, with fine quality tannins. This Pinot Noir pairs perfectly with red meats and cheeses, enhancing the richness and complexity of the dishes.
