Leza García Nube Rosé Rioja DOCa 0,75 ℓ

The Nube de Leza García Rosé is a rosé wine produced with grapes from the family vineyards located in Rioja Alta, on different types of soil and a selection of parcels at different altitudes. This wine is entirely produced from Garnacha Tinta grapes, harvested in the first week of October. The winemaking takes place with a delicate pressing of the grapes to extract the characteristic salmon pink colour, beautiful and delicate. The must obtained ferments at a controlled temperature of 14°C. The wine has a pale, clean and brilliant salmon pink color. On the nose it offers naturally fruity and delicate aromas typical of the Garnacha variety, with a hint of strawberry and light notes of spices and flowers. It is refreshing on the palate, ideal to enjoy during meals or to drink between meals. This wine pairs perfectly with smoked fish, soups, creams and salads. It also goes well with Mediterranean cuisine, rice and pasta dishes, and is the ideal companion for Asian cuisine.
