Prinsi Sandrina Langhe DOC Nebbiolo 0,75 ℓ

The Langhe Nebbiolo Sandrina di Prinsi is born on the hills of Neive, in the Langhe. The farm has now existed for 3 generations, since the 1940s, when Ottavio Lequio began producing wine. The company mainly grows Nebbiolo grapes in vineyards located in the Barbaresco crus Gaia Principe, Gallina, Fausoni and Basarin. The Nebbiolo grapes are destemmed and pressed, to then be vinified with maceration in thermo-controlled steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation takes place in wood. The wine ages for 6 months in tonneaux. Ruby red in color, it expresses aromas of small red fruits, dog rose and spices on the nose. The sip is pleasant and harmonious, with good persistence. Ideal in combination with meat second courses and semi-mature cheeses.
