Zarate Rias Baixas DO Val do Salnés Albariño 0,75 ℓ

Zarate Albariño is a white wine produced by Bodegas Zarate in the Rías Baixas of Galicia, Spain. It is made with 100% Albariño grapes from 35-year-old vineyards located on granite soils, at an altitude of 50 meters above sea level. The harvest is manual and the grapes are carefully selected. After destemming, the grapes are subjected to a gentle pressing, with a low yield of must. After a light racking, it ferments spontaneously in steel tanks and remains in contact with the fine lees for 3 months, developing greater aromatic complexity. It has a light straw yellow color. On the nose it is characterized by intense fruity notes, accompanied by a subtle minerality. On the palate it is fresh, with a vibrant acidity and a balanced structure, which perfectly reflects the typicality of Albariño. This white wine pairs perfectly with grilled fish dishes or seafood salads.
