Vinification takes place in concrete tanks for about five months, with some of the grapes fermenting with stems. This is followed by about a year’s maturation in the same containers, a choice that avoids oak and preserves aromatic consistency and fruit clarity.Tasting notesIn the glass, it appears a deep ruby red. The nose reveals aromas of dark berries and a delicate note of dark chocolate. On the palate, it is balanced and refined, with silky tannins and a long, clean finish in line with the bouquet.Food pairingsIt pairs naturally with medium-structured dishes.
