Sugar cane plants are mechanically cut when fully ripe to obtain the right sugar content, necessary for a quality product. After cutting, the sugar cane is processed within 48 hours to preserve its integrity. The sugar cane juice is then distilled in stainless steel columns via continuous distillation, following strict protocols to maintain quality and protect the environment. The production of Cachaça 51 follows traditional methods, with particular attention to the quality of the raw materials and respect for the environment. Processing waste is reused in the production process, reducing the environmental impact. The result is a crystalline and transparent cachaça, which exudes delicious floral and fruity notes on the nose.
