A cool, salty-mineral nose with some stone fruit. Clear and delicately juicy, animating apple fruit with a hint of apricot and herbs and a salty-mineral intensity, some extract sweetness, firm body with a finely delicate structure, shoulder and firm backbone, lively and fresh with drive and intensity, a block of saltiness on the palate with intensity, slight astringency, complex and promising, long, salty-mineral finish with herbal-spiced salty intensity.
