Riesling Magnum - Dreissigacker

The Dreissigacker Riesling comes from the biodynamically farmed vineyards around Bechtheim and Westhofen. The grapes willselectively hand-picked to ensure the best quality. At theDuring spontaneous fermentation, whole berries are deliberately fermented in order to achieve thisGiving Riesling exceptional depth and structure. 90% of the wine matures in stainless steel barrels and 10% in double barrels. After fermentation restedthe Dreissigacker Riesling was left on full yeast for six monthsthen stored on the fine lees until bottled.
