The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Sardinia. Here, the vines sink their roots deep into soils of sand and granite. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery without delay. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
