In Württemberg, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of sandstone and marl. After harvesting, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Muskat Rosé is left to mature on its fine lees for several months.
