Chardonnay Sicilia DOC - Feudo ArancioThe Chardonnay from Feudo Arancio is a harmonious, well-balanced, and single-varietal white wine from the Italian DOC Sicilia wine-growing region. In the glass, this wine delights with a straw-yellow color and golden highlights. On the nose, this white wine is intense and persistent, with notes of tropical fruits such as pineapple and vanilla that merge with aromas of acacia honey. Vinification of Feudo Arancio Chardonnay The grapes are carefully harvested at the end of August and immediately brought to the Feudo Arancio winery. There, the harvested fruit is first fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16 degrees Celsius. Subsequently, 15% of the must matures in oak barriques. The remaining 85% stays in stainless steel tanks. After maturation, the wine is blended, filtered, and bottled.
