Vinification of Armonia Rosé from Bassac The balanced Armonia Rosé from France is a cuvée, vegan-produced from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah. After hand-picking, the grapes are brought to the winery without delay. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. After the wine is finished, Armonia Rosé is gently harmonized.
