This results in an uncomplicated, easy-to-drink white wine with class and a class price. Taste and tasting notes Dominio de Punctum's Organic Chardonnay Pablo Claro displays its bright golden yellow color with light green highlights in the glass, as well as a bouquet of green apple, pear and hints of exotic fruits like pineapple on the nose. The palate is tasty, a bit creamy-round and with fresh acidity that makes it tangy. The bouquet of exotic fruits lingers on the finish. This smart, uncomplicated, sun-ripened Spanish wine goes perfectly - as the producer recommends - with all kinds of fish and seafood in various preparations, of course with the classic Spanish tapas hot and cold, and with dishes with white meat and vegetables. It tastes best chilled at 8°C. Pablo Claro Chardonnay is ready to drink now, but is also a pleasure to drink after 1-2 years of storage. Cultivation and vinification of the Pablo Claro Chardonnay from Dominio de Punctum The Pablo Claro Chardonnay is made from 100% organically and biodynamically grown Chardonnay grapes in the estate's own vineyards around the finca of the Dominio de Punctum winery. Since 2005, the vineyards have been farmed according to organic and biodynamic principles, sustainably, taking into account the soil conditions, the climate, the natural growth and ripening of the grape during the growing year. The grapes obtained in this way are free of pesticides, insecticides, synthetic fertilizers or any kind of chemical. Thanks to this care, they develop their varietal characteristics and grapes and wines of high quality are obtained.
