Vinification of Bardolino Chiaretto from Bolla The basis for the elegant Bardolino Chiaretto from Veneto are grapes from the Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella grape varieties. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off.
