Trautwein This well-balanced white wine from Germany is biodynamically blended from the grape varieties Gewürztraminer and Riesling. In Rheinhessen, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on limestone soils. After harvesting, the grapes are swiftly brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by several months of aging on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
