Clear and delicately juicy, lively and fresh with a punch, a firm appearance with backbone, a very straightforward structure, stony minerality in the mouth with stone fruit and herbs, more mint, very dry and rich in extract with a punch on the palate. Only in the finish does a hint of extract sweetness emerge, deep and long.
