Vinification of the Antoine Heinrich Riesling This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Riesling. For this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Antoine Heinrich, only immaculate grapes were harvested. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally drawn off.
