SAUVIGNON BLANC Kalk und Kreide WEINGUT TEMENT - Tement

This organic estate wine is one of the most important wines from the Tement family winery. The grapes were selectively harvested by hand and come from 55 Sauvignon plots. This results in a wine with an incomparable terroir blend. The vines are primarily rooted in mineral-calcareous soils, which gives this wine a wonderfully chalky, spicy flavor. Following natural spontaneous fermentation, the wine was slowly and gently aged in steel tanks.
