Vinification of Nicolodi Alfio Müller-Thurgau This balanced white wine from Italy is made from the Müller-Thurgau grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Trentino-Alto Adige. Here, the vines sink their roots deep into gravel soils. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After it is complete, the Müller-Thurgau can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees.
