Clear and delicately juicy, with stimulating stone fruit, fresh quince with herbs and pastry, a firm body with power and smoothness, lively and fresh, revealing its pedigree and origins. Emerging salty minerality on the palate, complex and sophisticated, with a slight astringency, some extract sweetness, and a good finish with salty minerality, stone fruit, melon, and some dried flowers.
