Vinification of the Syrah Parra by Parra Jiménez The balanced Syrah Parra from Spain is a single varietal wine, organically vinified from the Syrah grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the press house in the fastest way. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. Once the wine is finished, the Syrah Parra is carefully harmonized.
