Vinification of the Fc Cabernet from Pravis This well-balanced red wine from Italy is made from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. After hand-picking, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. After fermentation has ended, the elegant Fc Cabernet is matured for several more months in oak barrels.
