Vinification of the Nor Areni Voskehat from Nor Areni The well-balanced Nor Areni Voskehat from Armenia is a varietal wine made from the Voskehat grape variety. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine matures for several months on the fine lees before it is finally drawn off. Food recommendation for the Nor Areni Voskehat This white wine from Armenia is best enjoyed well chilled at 8–10°C. It is perfectly suited as an accompaniment to a wide variety of dishes, but is also a pleasure to drink on its own.
