For this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Pravis, only flawless grape material was harvested. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on gravel soils. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, Kerner Le Lche can continue to harmonize for several months on the fine lees.
