On the palate, the Rebo Rigotti from Pravis starts off wonderfully aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. On the tongue, this well-balanced red wine is characterized by an exceedingly meaty, velvety and dense texture. The finish of this red wine from the wine-growing region of Trentino-Alto Adige, more precisely from Trentino DOC, ultimately impresses with a lovely aftertaste. The aftertaste is also accompanied by mineral nuances from the limestone-dominated soils. Vinification of the Rebo Rigotti from Pravis This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Rebo. Only flawless grape material was used for this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Pravis. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Trentino-Alto Adige. Here, the vines sink their roots deep into limestone soils. After the grape harvest, the wine grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the elegant Rebo Rigotti is aged for another 12 months in oak barriques. Food recommendation for Pravis Rebo Rigotti This Italian red wine is best enjoyed at a tempered 15 - 18°C. It pairs perfectly as an accompaniment to stuffed bell peppers, braised chicken in red wine or duck breast with sugar snap peas.
