Here, the vines drive their roots deep into soils of sand and gravel. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house without delay. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
