The bouquet of this white wine from the Palatinate enchants with aromas of ripe apple and passion fruit. Pursuing the aromatics further, elderflower emerges. The organically produced Kesselring Mr. White Cuvée presents an incredibly fruit-driven taste on the palate, which is of course due to its residual sweetness profile. Balanced and multi-faceted, this light white wine shows itself on the palate. Thanks to its lively acidity, Mr. White Cuvée appears exceptionally fresh and vibrant on the palate. The finish of this youthful white wine from the Palatinate wine-growing region finally delights with a beautiful aftertaste. Vinification of Kesselring Mr. White Cuvée The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully balanced Mr. White Cuvée from Kesselring are Auxerrois, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, Mr. White Cuvée can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
