Yeasty, tobacco and slightly nutty scent with yellow fruit and peppery aromas as well as clear minerality, protein, white pepper and some sage. Very firm in the mouth, tart and juicy, dense and grippy, intense minerality, fine herbal aromas and a hint of dark berries, deep and complex, gripping, still young, very good to long, firm, tart and juicy finish with grip and plenty of minerality and again white pepper.
