Beaune Clos des Marconnets Premier Cru - Domaine Chanson

The location Les Marconnets is located in the northern part of the Beaune appellation. The name of this vineyard refers to the German tribe Marcomans . Chanson owns four hectares, around 40% of the vineyard.Bright ruby red color. Floral scents (peony, violet) paired with preserved red fruits with hints of spices and vanilla notes. Well structured, slightly muscular with a deep and generous texture. Fine acidity and elegant tannins. Lingering finish with fruity and spicy notes.
