Beaune Clos des Fêves Monopol is one of the best wines of the house. This is where all the know-how of the domaine is manifested and thus also one of the greatest Beaune 1er Crus. A monopoly of the Domaine Chanson in the heart of the Beaune Premier Crus. The 3.8 hectare vineyard is located halfway up a slope. As early as 1307 there were records of the Clos des Fèves under the Latin name Fae . Bright ruby red color. Aromas of red berries (raspberries, strawberries and cherries) mixed with white pepper. Balanced and complex with great power. Fine, deep and precise texture. Elegant tannins and delicate oak notes. Beautiful expression of the terroir. Long and fruity finish with slightly spicy notes.
