Cachaça New Edition Yaguara is an organic white rum produced in Brazil. Its recipe is a creation of the Meneghel family, handed down for 5 generations. It is produced by Pot Still distillation of sugar cane, followed by a rest of 10 months and aging for 5 to 6 years in European oak barrels. Ideal used in mixology.
