Riesling feinherb VDP.Gutswein Kruger-Rumpf

A terroir VDP.Gutswein, grown on gray phyllite slate, which is significantly harder than ordinary slate and contains a lot of minerals. This in turn shapes the wine. Expanded in stainless steel, it is fruity and without any frills. Fruity notes of apricot and pear on the nose. This is accompanied by hints of fresh citrus fruits and herbal aromas. Perfectly balanced in the mouth with a nice minerality. The slightly tart Riesling shows an exciting interplay between fruity sweetness and acidity.
