Light flowers with a freshly dried bouquet of meadow flowers, twigs with leaves, some flint, pastries and hints of stone fruit. Clear and fine to juicy, fresh dried bouquet with slightly sweet stone fruit, quince and papaya, firm body with power, some melting and light warmth, invigorating and refreshing, emerging minerality on the palate with clear salty pressure, rich in extract, well-integrated extract sweetness, slightly astringent and tart, deep and complex, overall still seems a bit overloaded, but the finish is quite promising with a huge block of salty minerality, clear pressure, some sweet stone fruit, dried meadow flower bouquet and a flint note, the saltiness literally explodes in the aftertaste and floods the room, a tart mineral saltiness with some candied citrus fruit sticks to the tongue.
