After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Arrivant Rouge Languedoc can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees.
