The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Strada di Guia 109 of Foss Marai was born in vineyards located on the hills of Cartizze, in the heart of the extraordinary Prosecco DOCG area of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene. It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes. The Extra Dry Strada di Guia 109 expresses the essence of the sparkling wine par excellence, perfectly enhancing the typical characteristics of Prosecco. It is characterized by a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose opens with an intense fruity bouquet, with hints of apple, enriched with pleasant aromas of acacia flowers. On the palate it is elegant and pleasantly fresh, with a sugary residue that harmonizes its structure.
