Valdo Cuvée Viviana Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Dry DOCG 0,75 ℓ

The Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze Cuvée Viviana belongs to the Prestigio d Valdo Line. Cartizze was born in the upper part of the most suitable area of Valdobbiadene DOCG, precisely in the hills of San Pietro di Barbozza, Santo Stefano and Saccol. It is made from Glera grapes, harvested by hand between the end of September and the first days of October. After the soft pressing of the bunches, the must ferments under controlled conditions. Then the second fermentation takes place by means of the Charmat Lungo method lasting 5 months, followed by a final period of aging in bottle. It has a bright straw yellow color, with a very fine grain perlage. The entrance to the nose is very intense, referring to ripe fruit with hints of banana and wild apple. On the palate it is lovable, elegant and enveloping. Fantastic with delicious high pastry desserts.
