Brunello di Montalcino Label Bianca is a wine in which the greatness of the Montalcino territory blends with the unmistakable style of Casanova di Neri. The result is a wine of excellent finesse and elegance, with great aging potential. It is obtained exclusively from Sangiovese bunches, harvested in the first weeks of October with careful manual sorting of the grapes. Fermentation takes place in steel spontaneously for 25 days, with maceration in contact with the skins. It follows long aging in cask, for a total of 43 months, and then stops for a further 6 months in the bottle before being marketed. Characterized by a very lively and intense ruby red color, it releases fresh fruity notes in the nose where notes of cherry and citrus are immediately appreciated. In the mouth it is very balanced. Excellent with red meats and game.
