Wiener Gemischter Satz DAC Ried Falkenberg 1 Ötw Bisamberg Wieninger

Ried Falkenberg is a cool, east-facing slope at the very top of the Bisamberg, characterized by extremely calcareous soils. Old vines, some around 40 years old, and a high proportion of Burgundy varieties lend the wine depth and expression. The grapes were hand-harvested, gently pressed, and spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks. The nose reveals slightly smoky nuances, grapefruit, ripe stone fruit, and delicate yeasty notes. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied yet elegant, with precise acidity, saline minerality, and harmonious balance.
